Daniela Voss, PhD
Hello, and welcome! I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself.
I’m Daniela, originally from Germany, and I’ve been living in the Netherlands for many years.
I’ve shared a strong bond with cats from a very young age. My experiences with various chronically ill cats and the behavioral changes that came with them sparked my interest in understanding feline behavior more deeply.
Finding the subject both fascinating and complex, I decided to enroll in the two-year study to become a certified cat behaviorist at the Tinley Academy, where I also graduated.
After leaving my previous career as a project manager to pursue my passion for working with cats, I also started working as a cat sitter alongside my studies. This gave me extensive experience with a wide range of cat breeds and personalities. Additionally, my background as a scientist helps me approach cat behavior in a structured and analytical way.
With my knowledge and experience, I aim to help people better understand their cat and her behavior. Why does your cat do what she does? The reasons are diverse, and there is never a “one size fits all” explanation or solution.
